Is there a free trial?

Yes. Download Reframe and use every feature for free. You only pay when you decide to export your video. No watermark, no time limit on recording.

What's the difference between one-time and annual?

One-time buys you the current version forever, plus one year of updates. Annual gets you every update for as long as you subscribe, plus early access to new features. Both include all features — no tiered paywalls.

Can I use it on multiple machines?

Yes. One license covers all your personal Mac and Windows devices. If you buy a new laptop, just log in and download.

What happens if I cancel my annual subscription?

You keep the last version that was released while you were subscribed. It keeps working — you just stop getting updates until you resubscribe.

Do you handle VAT/tax?

Yes. We use Lemon Squeezy as our Merchant of Record, so VAT and sales tax are calculated and collected automatically at checkout based on your region. No surprise tax bills.

Refunds?

If Reframe doesn't work for you, email us within 30 days and we'll refund the full amount. No forms, no interrogation.
