Is there a free tier?
Yes. Download Reframe and record and edit with every feature for free. You can export up to 5 videos a month with no watermark. AI cleanup (de-noise, de-breath, de-click) needs a paid plan.
What’s the difference between Pro and Lifetime?
Pro is $12/month or $96/year, everything included, cancel anytime. Lifetime is a one-time $79 that covers the current version forever, plus one year of updates. Both include every feature. There are no tiered paywalls.
Can I use it on multiple machines?
Yes. One license covers all your personal Mac and Windows devices. If you buy a new laptop, just log in and download.
What happens if I cancel Pro?
You keep access until the end of the period you paid for, then drop back to the Free tier. Your projects stay on your machine either way. Nothing is held hostage.
Do you handle VAT/tax?
Yes. We use Lemon Squeezy as our Merchant of Record, so VAT and sales tax are calculated and collected automatically at checkout based on your region. No surprise tax bills.
Refunds?
If Reframe doesn’t work for you, email us within 30 days and we’ll refund the full amount. No forms, no interrogation.
Do you have team pricing?
